APRIL SCHEDULE

at a glance

*Weekend workshops can be found on the "book online" page*

Note: Because of ever-changing adult schedules (kids, sports, work, etc.), our classes are "open level" style (learn at your own pace). All levels are welcome in every class offered and modifications will be given accordingly! If you register for a class and one of the dates falls on a major holiday (when the studio will be closed), you may make up your class another day of that week.

As we share a building with lots of other tenants, please be respectful of others by being quiet in the hallways and dressing modestly to go to and from class and to the bathroom (no booty shorts, stomachs showing, etc.). While we understand that skin exposure is required for safety in pole fitness, bottoms must remain fully covered at all times and tops must be secure.
