Note: Because of ever-changing adult schedules (kids, sports, work, etc.), our classes are "open level" style (learn at your own pace). So, though some classes and workshops may be labeled as "level 1", "level 2/3", etc., all levels are welcome in every class offered and modifications will be given accordingly! If you register for a class and one of the dates falls on a major holiday (when the studio will be closed), you may make up your class another day of that week.

The packages listed below are based on month-to-month tuition in order to get your full money's worth. However, you may email us to sign up for individual classes.
POLE CLASSES

If you only want to register for a pole class and no other classes, click here!
If there is only one class time that works for you but it does not fit your level, you may attend that class and modifications will be given accordingly!

Pole: Level 1
If you are new to pole, start here...zero experience required and minimal upper body strength needed.
​
Learn basic body movement such as proper posture, walking, body rolls, and strengthening exercises that will build the strength needed to hold yourself up on the pole! We will also focus pole-climbing technique and a few basic spins that require minimal upper body strength.
​
What to wear: Sleeveless top or sports bra, short shorts, socks, and NO LOTION. This is for safety...skin contact is key to proper grip!
​
$25 walk ins, or $100 for the month (due by the 1st)
Wednesdays 6:30pm
Pole: Level 2/3
If you’ve taken at least one month of level 1 and have built up your strength significantly, this class is for you. We will be focusing on new grips, positions and spins that require adequate upper body strength, including inversions for those who are strong enough!

What to wear: Sleeveless top or sports bra, short shorts, socks, and NO LOTION. This is for safety...skin contact is key to proper grip!

Thursdays 6:30pm
Beginner Tap
Start with the basics of tap dancing in this class! Learn shuffles, flaps, and more, and how to combine it all in a routine. What to wear: Tap shoes! If you do not have tap shoes, we have a variety of sizes for a small rental fee that you can use for each class!

$15 per class, or $50 for the month (due by the 1st)
Mondays 5:00pm
Barre
Barre is a ballet inspired, low impact, full body workout that improves posture, flexibility, muscle tone, and grace. A great class on its own as well as a great foundation for any other dance style!

What to wear: Athletic clothes and socks.

$15 per class, or $50 for the month (due by the 1st)
Wednesdays 4:30pm
Chair
***Great prequel/addition to pole classes! You'll be amazed at what you can do with a chair! Learn acro tricks as well as fun choreography. What to wear: Leggings or knee pads for occasional floorwork, and either socks or bare feet.
