The packages listed below are based on month-to-month tuition in order to get your full money's worth. However, you may email us to sign up for individual classes.

POLE CLASSES

If there is only one class time that works for you but it does not fit your level, you may attend that class and modifications will be given accordingly!

Dancer Legs

Mondays 6:00pm

Thursdays 4:30pm

Tuesdays 6:30pm

Pole: Level 1

If you are new to pole, start here...zero experience required and minimal upper body strength needed.

Learn basic body movement such as proper posture, walking, body rolls, and strengthening exercises that will build the strength needed to hold yourself up on the pole! We will also focus pole-climbing technique and a few basic spins that require minimal upper body strength.

What to wear: Sleeveless top or sports bra, short shorts, socks, and NO LOTION. This is for safety...skin contact is key to proper grip!

$25 walk ins, or $100 for the month (due by the 1st)

Pole Dancer

Wednesdays 6:30pm

Pole: Level 2/3

If you’ve taken at least one month of level 1 and have built up your strength significantly, this class is for you. We will be focusing on new grips, positions and spins that require adequate upper body strength, including inversions for those who are strong enough!

What to wear: Sleeveless top or sports bra, short shorts, socks, and NO LOTION. This is for safety...skin contact is key to proper grip!

$25 walk ins, or $100 for the month (due by the 1st)

Beginner Hip Hop

Learn the basics of hip hop and get a great workout in with fun warmups and beginner choreography! What to wear: Tennis shoes.

$15 per class, or $50 for the month (due by the 1st)

Tap Shoes

Tuesdays 5:30pm

Intermediate Tap

Shuffles, sugars, Shirley Temples, and more! This class will be taught at an intermediate level, but beginner and advanced tappers are welcome! What to wear: Tap shoes.

Dance Floor Blur

Thursdays 5:30pm

Line Dance

It's time to learn those dances you always see at weddings and bars! This class is an amazing low-impact cardio workout and a great mental challenge as well. Wear tennis shoes and comfy clothes!

Beginner Tap

Learn the very basics of tap dancing! This class is for absolute beginners and those who "took tap when they were little but don't remember anything." What to wear: Tap shoes. Don't have tap shoes yet? We may have your size. For now, wear socks and regular shoes.

Barre

***Great prequel/addition to pole classes! A low-impact, ballet-based workout that improves posture, flexibility, and muscle tone. No previous dance experience required. Wear ballet shoes, socks, or go barefoot!

Stiletto Heels

Heels

Learn fun choreography in heels that will tone up those legs and have you feeling your sassiest! NO platform heels allowed!

Wednesdays 5:30pm

Chair

***Great prequel/addition to pole classes! You'll be amazed at what you can do with a chair! Learn acro tricks as well as fun choreography. What to wear: Leggings or knee pads for occasional floorwork, and either socks or bare feet.

$15 per class, or $50 for the month (due by the 1st)
