Here's what we're offering in June! These classes are all punch-card friendly, allowing you to try different classes at a super discount. Click here to learn more about punch cards and to purchase one!

Mondays 6:00pm


***Great prequel/addition to pole classes! A low-impact, ballet-based workout that improves posture, flexibility, and muscle tone. No previous dance experience required. Wear ballet shoes, socks, or go barefoot!

$15 per class, or $50 for the month (due by the 1st)

Tuesdays 6:15pm

Intermediate/Advanced Tap

We work on tap technique as well as choreography (mainly Broadway style, but occasionally rhythm tap as well). Previous training in tap highly recommended! What to wear: Tap shoes.

Fashion Model Lying Down

Mondays 7:00pm


***Great prequel/addition to pole classes! Learn sexy and fun choreography on chairs and on the floor, as well as sultry warmup exercises that are a great workout! What to wear: Leggings for floor work, and either socks or bare feet.

Graffiti Dancers

Wednesdays 6:30pm

Booty Camp

Get ready to SWEAT in this high-impact hip hop cardio workout class! No dance or fitness experience required, and modifications are offered for the hard stuff. Wear tennis shoes and athletic clothing, and bring water!

Dance Floor Blur

Tuesdays 5:15pm

Line Dance

It's time to learn those dances you always see at weddings and bars! This class is an amazing low-impact cardio workout and a great mental challenge as well. Wear tennis shoes and comfy clothes!
