Pole Conditioning + Sultry Flow Workshop Sunday, January 8 from 2:00-3:30pm Get ready to stretch and work those muscles on AND off of the pole, then learn a slow and sultry pole routine! No previous dance experience required—beginners welcome and encouraged to attend! What to wear: Sleeveless top or sports bra, short shorts or briefs, socks.
